Hi all

Not having a good day at all...feeling really panicy and trying very hard not to let that develop into a full blown panic attack :(

Alone at home and not coping very well...thought I had dealt with this one but it seems to of come back to haunt me. My daughter is out and not answering her mobile and my parents are a way on holiday.

Any support would be welcome.

Breathing and relaxation.

Lay down quietly and don't let it go out of control. Deep breaths.

If that fails that try distraction - I clear cupboards and drawers out!
