anyone out there feel like this

hi guys
im just wondering if anyone gets these symptoms iv been through a period of bad stress just lately
pains in chest
sore throat
feel like i have a lump in my throat or like my shirt collar is to tight
i go dizzy when i sit down to eat my diner but OK when im at work at lunch
constipation
feel on edge
serous mood
cant relax
i get this lot every day and its getting me down a bit

I just cant switch off and not stop things going on top of me....

I need a serious lesson in relaxation and a realisation of whats worth worrying about.

yes iv seen my gp she puts it down to anxiety.but i dont understand why i go dizzy when i get home and eat my din with my wife and son but im ok if i eat lunch at work .

Could it be everything catching up with you from your day at work.

I should be stress free today but feel ill because Im tired and anxious and worried...
