Does anyone take Xanax?

I take lexotan , i suggest you start with half a tablet . If you have ever taken codeine , it feels like that. It can relax you , make you sleepy , it does relax your body more so than your mind. It might raise your mood so you feel a little bit happy like after having one drink. They are very addictive ,

I take Ativan which is a benzodiazepine like xanax. It does help with the panic attacks, but use the smallest amount that works. How much did your doctor prescribe and at what dosage?

I take xanax and maybe I take too much at times because it makes me unbelievably sleepy and out of it but that's what I want it to do.

When i changed anti-d's(2 weeks ago) i was having 4 a day but have weaned my self down to 2 a day now. It makes me sooo sleepy. i dont like it..dosent really do much for the panic either. Maybe just takes the edge off.
