Hello!

So relieved to have found this site. It has taken me until now to pluck up the courage to do anything about my phobias and the panic attacks that come with them. I think the reason was I was scared that I might be told I was a freak or strange or just 'silly' like people have said to me before. Now I know that I'm not on my own and I dont need to be ashamed.
