Need advice!

I've got a cold at the moment and suffer asthma and at the moment I can't breathe and I'm not sure if it's a panic attack or if it's asthma and feeling scared. My chest is all tight and feels like my airways closing up x

No not really. I'm trying to take deep breaths but I can't. It's tight and I keep coughing to try clear it x

I'm no expert hun but i don't think it's an asthma attack or anything.

Try taking your inhailer or some steam treatment may work also.

I've done 4 puffs. I breathe in and it hurts. X

Your chest may hurt because of over breathing and coughing. If you are really worried then ring NHS 24 for some advice hun.
