i have not been eating right for a while now due to loss of appetite well basicall all i have had today is a piece of toast at 7,30am and 3 biscuits throughout the day... THATS ALL....
anyway all today i have had this burning in my upper n lower abdomen and then later on this afternoon i started getting tight chest and cramp pains i dont no if this is just my anxiety playing up or hunger pains but in my chest ?? or both i no i need to eat as i am hungry but the pains and burning are just putting me off eating also with my anxiety i am suffering bad nervous stomach so this plays a BIG part in not eating what can i do ??
