Was just sitting up in bed typing away on my laptop when my throat appeared to spasm, instantly causing a bit of panic, a few minutes later it did the same again.
I have quite bad acid reflux and related pains, but this was the first time I'd ever felt this, it felt like my throat contracted in the way for a split second.
Of course, it was very worrying to a panic suffere like me and for the next few moments the uncrontollable shaking/shivering started, which I have now thankfully controlled.
Well, thankfully i have now calmed myself and reassured myself I'm not dying, but does anyone know what it could be?
I know I shouldn't because of my bad acid reflux and LPR but I had a slice of toast half an hour ago. Tonight was also the first night I've taken Peptac.
