I can't face the wait (and probably the embarrasment) of going through the usual routes so I've started this programme today. The link is from here so if nothing else, I'm grateful for this.

Seems sound to me. Currently down to a 3/10 anxiety level from a 8/10 earlier this morning. The power of action hey?

I will report in as it goes on.

I started the online CBT today as well. Off work this week so will have time to reaaly concentrate on it. Also made a vow to go go a good long walk every day and try excersise, We shall see if i feel better after this week.
