Stupid ectopics

Hey everyone!

I'm one of the lucky anxiety sufferers as I don't get ectopics very often but since I had one last night I feel like I'm in a state of anticipation waiting for the next one! I'm scared I hate the bloody things I get the flutter and thump then my heart races a little then goes back to normal, after one I'm usually more aware of my heartbeat for a day or so waiting for it to happen again!

I haven't panicked but it's scared me a little :(

It'll be ok hun, I get them alllllllllll the time and I'm still here! The more you think about them/expect them, the more likely you are to have another one in my opinion so just try to push it out your head. Think of it like a twitchy muscle in your leg or something or just pretend it was wind! xx
