Newbie just arrived

Hi everyone, can't believe it's taken me so long to combine the words panic attacks and forum to find this place! :)

I've been having panic attacks quite seriously for nearly 3 years now. Hmm better post the rest somewhere else.

So heres me saying Hi on the newbie bit :)

Glad you found us eventually - you will soon see that it was worth the wait! ;) Have you read some of the messages on the forum or done a search on your particular problem? There are some really good self help tips on both of these.

Do have a good hunt round on the home pages attached to this forum too as well as the search facility for previous posts on here . It's been going a long time on here now. We've discussed most things at least once !
