Hello Ensom

Just reading some of peoples' comments on this website will help you to know that you're not alone and people do understand. Keep reading and writing, and take life a day at a time. I find it helps to write when I am feeling particularly bad, anything that can distract me from the way I feel (for me it is chronic anxiety, which the more I dwell on, just increases).

What are your interests? I watch a lot of tv which helps; I feed the wild birds; I try to walk daily (but am snowed in at the moment which is driving me mad!) Just try and do a little something each day, just to break the monotony of feeling so down.
