sudden head pain :/ ?

i went out with my mate in his car cruzing about and when i got in to the warm i had a sudden sharp head pain in my temple... and now feel really spaced out tired and sleepy? is this just anxiety or cuz of comeing in from the cold or worse? dunno why i think its might be worse ? f**k anxiety is geting me down lol im bored of it now and its annoying =[

a sudden sharp head pain in the temple is ok shaggyowen, it's probably coming in from the cold. I know it hurts when u get it, but nothing to worry about x
