I sympathise with you; I found the website yesterday and it is good to know that there are people out there who do care, and do understand. I too am suffering from panic attacks, after a bout of food poisoning. It has left me weak and fragile, and over anxious. The panic attacks are frightening and isolating; the nights are the worst, especially being alone.

Good to know that we have some on line support; shame the NHS can't give better help; the long waiting lists are useless when you need help right now!
