Why do I keep getting ill?

Just a little rant!!!

So far this year I have been poorly with tonsillitis so many times I can't count, a huge abscess, sinusitis, gastritis and now I have a chest infection all have had to be treated by the doctor! I'm bloody fed up! Can I just count it as I've had a bad year??!

Anything I can take that will help build my immune system? I take a good multi vitamin also take levothyroxine for a dodgy underactive thyroid!!

An suggestions?

Hi Claire, I started taking selenium a few weeks ago. By this time last year I'd already had horrible flu. This winter - touch wood, fingers crossed - nothing so far. Just check it's ok to take with your thyroxine if you fancy giving it a go x
