does anyone get this please read

hello all
i keep getting weird sensations i could be doing anything then suddenly the whole of my body goes stone cold under my skin and behind my eyes then it feels like it burning then it goes :hugs:

sounds like a common anxiety symptom. have you told your doctor about this?
the heat sensation can feel like a flush or wave of heat, for me the cold sensation can feel like ice water on my skin.

hiya yes thats what it feels like really freezing cold but it under your skin you know its hard to explain really
