I make matters worse by googling then when other problems i've had are mentioned in an article I read it terrifies me because I try to put 2 and 2 together, I'm having headaches, dizziness allsorts and the panic attacks add to these!! I have to go to a heart specialist this month after a 24hr heart monitor showed beats of upto 194 now in the past because of a thyroid problem I had to have regular blood tests my blood count was showing I had very low electrolytes (I think its spelled) and these two problems have led me to kidney disease!! on reading Wikpedia through Google!!
I won't lie, I have used alchohol in the past because of anxiety and bereavment not to over the top but I did! so i'm worried sick that I have caused permanent damage to major organs and will be frowned upon by doctors for being stupid!
I really am terrified and having a massive anxiety attack just writing this down!

electrolytes can be deranged for many simple reasons like dehydration, even minor dehydration, or not eating well. if you have been vomitting etc your electrolytes will show an imbalance. Also deranged electrolytes can cause palpitations, so the two could be connected, though not necessarily be anything serious to worry about.

Thankyou Alice, I've got myself all worked up....I should stop reading to much into things because i'm sure if there was anything wrong with my kidney or liver it would have indicated a problem in the blood results, I'm hoping i'll calm down soon.

Thankyou again x

don't google or watch discovery health or those scary shows about rare diseases eeek
you might have a fast heart tare caused by stress which can be helped with beta blockers.
how are you feeling now?

I still feel nervy everywhere, arms a bit shaky, stomache turning and dizzy still today so then it gets my heart racing and thats when my mind takes over and works overtime!, I've got some Beta blockers called Propranolo 10mg I'm allowed upto 3 a day when needed so i'm going to try one when we have come back from shopping, I darn't take one before because they make me tired, I'll probably feel 10 times worse shopping but I still go along to try and overcome my fears!!
I just wish one day I could feel normal and be free of this whole anxiety/stress thing!
