Hi,

I've been prescribed 5mg diaz for emergency use. I took one at about 1200 today but to be honest, I can't tell any difference. Still feel anxious and panicy. Does diaz work for everyone or do I need a higher dose?

I have 2mg for emergencies, they usually take up to an hour to work. They do make you feel drowsy so avoid driving.

I'm taking 2mg up to 4 times a day at the moment (big crack up last week).

They work within 15 mins for me. Not turning handsprings but does chill me out. Citalopram cutting in now so I'll be cutting back now.

I take 15mg in the morning and 5mg in the afternoon as well as 0.5mg of Clonazepam. They work ok......ish! I have to take them though, dreading the day I have to cut down as been on this dose for 10 years!

Diazepam's effectiveness depends on your build.
At 13 stone 6mg is when i start to get a therapeutic effect.

Interesting. I'm 23st and 2mg works fine for me. In my case I'm sure there is a bit of placebo effect too, but it works.

Only on a max 2 x 2 mg a day and only on the odd day.
