Sore mouth - run down

I have a really sore mouth and feel so run down.
I have a brace and think that some of the soreness is caused by this.
My mouth also feels as though its burning at times.
Im so tired and fedup
I have pernicious anemia and low iron so maybe this is causing the soreness.
I need to have a blood test, but cant face going back to gp yet again.
I also have fibromyalgia but this has been quite good recently.
There always seems to be something wrong with me!!
