Unicycling poet, at the moment sharing an attic with a troup of travelling acrobats, seeks woman with spare room and detailed underground map of Ipswich. Must have a good sense of humour and a spare fan belt for a Dyson vacuum cleaner.
No time wasters please.
Mick i think you are going to end up a very lonely old man, you really need to try a bit harder to entice the ladies:lac:
Ive got the spare room but im looking for a rich old man with a bad heart:sly:
WARNING
I WOULD SIT DOWN BEFORE READING THIS...I have been trying desperately to qualify but I have failed at the 1st hurdle because my name is Gaaron and my funny bone is in stitches at the moment.
And I found this newspaper clipping in my spare bedroom re the Ipswich Underground...

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it appears there isn't one.
I do have a belt for a Dyson tho'.... x

Baileys, I'm not sure where I'm going wrong  I thought it would sweep all the women off their feet. A little too romantic was it?
Gaaron, No underground system in Ipswich :scared15:
ps: you do have a spare room and a fan belt for a Dyson though
I'm sorry if you've misunderstood:
My room is full of spare stuff - it's not spare
and my belt is in use by my Dyson.
Maybe you'll be in luck soon - I'd get rid of the uni cycle tho', as it doesn't have room for two.
Doh
Hopes dashed again :lac:
have to buy a tandem
LOL....Mick
I don,t have belt for Dyson, but have a kick starter for my broom,we have Ipswich near Brisbane,I live North Queensland and have spare room.
Love Petra x:hugs:

Yeh Mick, I think it was a wee bit too heavy on the sweet stuff.....the fan belt tipped it over the edge!:D
Still loving your posts, lol!!
I've been reading Mills and Boon and Pride and Prejudice and Mr Darcy wooed all the ladies with his request for a Dyson fan belt....that's why I used that line

I tell you Mick, nobody ever made me laugh like you do. They should bring back the Vicar of Dibley and you could write the scripts for all those insane characters we all loved so much :chairfall: well I loved it anyway!
Anna xx :D
Mills and Boon? you must be bored mick.......lol
I have actually read one once. This girl meets this doctor, they fall in love, he moves away, he comes back, they marry
Oh shite you make me laugh.....do they divorce?
na, they walked off into a sunset and a life of abject misery
don't cry, she ran off with her gynaecologist in the next book :D
he used to wallpaper his hallway through his letterbox

I've read the sequel 'Romance With A Hoover Bag' so I know for a fact that is a slur!:lac:
:roflmao:
Lend me it when you're finished with it deb, I've not read that one. :D
Consider it done.....chapter 3 is the most riveting when Mabel is issued an ultimatum in the form of 'it's me or the bag'.
Poor mabel what a choice to have to make :scared15:
I Love the chapter in Sense and Sensibility where the Dashwood daughters are spring cleaning the study and Marianne trips on the Hoover lead and falls into the arms of Mister Willoughby...gets me everytime that :weep:
Yes, me too, and what a dreadful turn of events when he runs off and leaves her for an usherette at the Great Yarmouth Ritzy.
What a classic that book is.:yesyes:
:roflmao:
I bought a book in great yarmouth today on my way home. Wasn't a mills and boon though. :D

I'm going away for a couple of days. Don't let this put you off messaging me with requests for my hand in marriage. If not marriage, then I will accept a long time engagement.....or a a short term relationship....or a date..... or a snog behind the NMP bike sheds.... anything really.
Not that I'm desperate. :weep:

Hey Mick
Just wondering if you fancied a wee weekend away in me own private love nest. It's a bright cosy wee place with natural air conditioning, outside toilet and romantic views...
