Hello,
Just thought I'd say hi. Just joined the site today. I have suffered with anxiety/fear on and off for years but has developed into severe and debilitating panic attacks over the last year, especially whilst driving. I am currently signed off work but hope to return soon as I HATE sitting at home all day!!
I am looking forward to hopefully chatting with people with similar issues and getting some new ideas for coping.
