night nurse capsules (for cold and flu) whilst on cit????

im so ill at the moment and its awful at night. I wondered if i could take these, my mum had them and gave them to me, but i darent take any until i know, gonna ask pharmacist tomorrow but just wondered if anyone else knew??

Hiya,
I've had to take some myself about 3 weeks ago,although I had the Night nurse syrup,and I only started on a half dose the first night,and a full one the next.For me personally,it really helped me get some good sleep,although I woke up a little fuzzy,within 10 mins I was ok.

Everyones different,so cant tell you its ok,but it worked for me.

Its ok to take with Cit .Take half dose fIrst and see how you feel next day ,it did make me feel drugged up the next day after a full dose . I take it when I cant sleep too .Sue x
