blood shot looking eyes

my eyes looked red and few bloodshot lines on last night? whats this mean? overbreathing?tired? xx

If your not sleeping well its probably because your tired. I don't sleep well and mine get very bloodshot, I also rub them which makes it worse!

Mine get bloodshot the whole time too. Never did prior to my anxiety. I have no idea what causes it.
