CBT?

Anybody got any info on CBT that they can tell me about it?:shrug:

I've been referred to CBT (ITS A 7WK WAIT THO) and was just wondering if anyone else had been on it and did it help?

I have no idea what it's like but I wish you all the best. I have my first session on Thursday and I have to pay for it as it's not covered here in Spain. However, a good investment I say!

I have just finished my final session on-line now and will be having my final support call tomorrow. There are some very good points in the programme, but I found the later ones more useful to me. I will say the more you put into it the more you get out of it. You must do the practise inbetween. Good luck x
