back to the Docs yesterday. She's happy with my progress (1weeek in). Being referred for CT and counselling.
Citalopram seems to be kicking in and I'm using less Diazepam. Trying to sleep tonight without any Zopiclone. Apparently this is the most addictive thing I'm taking and the best way to prevent dependence is to take an odd day off.
Up and down a bit but should be able to start re-engaging with life a bit more soon.
Seeing my brother tomorrow for a while. Sadly he has advancing prostate cancer but it will be nice to do something for someone else = I'm not very good at being helped. Pub lunch planned.
Onwards and upwards. But remembering it's early days.
