Beating the blues

Is anyone else used beating the blues? I given an account through my doctor and I think it has helped me get out of my very dark place.

Would recomend that you ask your doctor about it :)
p.s. at the start its a bit like 'yeah i know what your taking about...this aint gonna work' but if you give it a chance over the few weeks is shows you where you are going wrong.

No problem! Yvonne you can get in in Scotland its an online programme that you do every week. I'm based in Dundee and go to my local pharmacy to do it.
Just ask your GP about thn they refer you and beating the blues send you a letter with an activation code? or I could phone the person that runs it for me and ask what you could do to get it aswell? xxx

thanks, I will mention it to my gp next week, that's when I go and see my gp, as she phone today to see how I was doing.
