heart rate

hi all,could anyone tell me what a good resting heart rate is at the moment mine is 94 and bp is 115/71.:shrug:

between 60-100bpm is a normal rate and ur bp is a very good reading!

As your fingers hover over your pulse, your heart rate will go up with anxiety (I should know, I do it:ohmy::blush:)
