nausea/emetephobia

I have severe nausea when I panic but I also suffer from emetephobia. Help?!

i to suffer from emetophobia and one of my main symptons pf anxiety is tight stomach and nausea i find the more i dwell on the sympton the worse my phobia kicks off you just have to tell yourself the nausea s just a sympton of anxiety and relax you are not ill and are not going to VOMIT JUST CHANGE THAT NEG THINKING AROUND :-)
