My face is the worst for going numb, occasionally get it in my arms too though! Ususally my left. x

where on your face? I get it in my lips and one time my eye felt numb!

My face used to be so bad and at the time I had no idea I had anxiety or panic attacks so I was petrified and a real mess! Always used to be down the right side of my face, top of my head or in the sinus area.

My mouth, chin and the left side of my eye/temple is the worst for it xx
