More throat problems

Today when eating it feels like some food is stuck in my throat it chest or something! This is becoming a problem as well as my other existing throat problems like difficulty swallowing and pain in my throat and sore throats.

When my anxiety's at it's worst I often feel like there's something in my throat when I eat/swallow etc. A lot of people with anxiety have this problem actually. You could even have trapped air or an indegestion type thing. x
