anxiety

hi as i write this i am trembling with fear ? i have just been prescribe escitolopram today for my anxiety i amfeeling a bit weird about taking it i had it 6 years ago but cant remember how i felt with it i know it helped tho ?it has been six weeks now since i have been feling like this i was taking malaria tabs for the dominican and the side effecs are anxiety ? now 2 weeks ago i fell downstairs and banged my head and has just esc alated from there ? been to doc again this week i feel terrible going all the time but i cant help it ? doesnt mater what anybody tells you you still feel there is smething wrong with you ? how long will it take for meds to work ?
