pain/ache in left side at the bottom of my ribs

im getting myself worried as i felt a lump in my side between my ribs and hip but sort of towards the front i dont know if its just muscle or what but it scared me and ive had a pain/ache sort of around the same area,i have been obsessed and keep feeling my stomach and side to see if theres anything else and right between my ribs in my stomach when i rub my fingers over my skin its lumpy and i felt an obvious lumpy bit i know this sounds really vague and its probably nothing but im really scared
does anyone elses skin/belly feel lumpy and nobbly please say yes :weep:

Remember, the more you poke and feel around the more you're going to notice that you just haven taken not of before, and you might even make a few bumps and bruises yourself!

With anxiety we tend to notice every little detail of our bodies that we would normally just brush off and ignore. Keeping that in mind you may have always had a lump there and never noticed it before now.

I always get aches and pains just below my ribs on the left side, I've been told it's just from muscle tension.

If I push down on the area I think you're talking about I can feel lumps and bumps, I'm pretty sure it's just muscles and bits of our insides. I imagine they must be pretty lumpy!

If it worries you too much check in with your doctor, always a good way to reassure youself :)
