Does anyone keep having an urge to keep taking deep breath?
Yep, I have chronic hyperventilation, always taking deep breaths and always thinking about my breathing! Try when u need 2 take a deep breath to put it off until u no longer can, and then take it. Also, try and practise abdominal breathing - lie on ur back and put 1 hand on ur chest and 1 hand on ur belly. Only allow the hand on ur belly 2 move, keep practising it cos itz very difficult at 1st! x
