I'm finding things really hard lately, my anxiety is gettin worse because I'm constantly having trouble breathing! I feel like I can't breathe properly ALL the time and sometimes get a feeling of being winded (I can't physically take a breath in when this happens. It only lasts a couple seconds but scares the crap outta me!). I've been to the doctors and they just keep telling me it's anxiety but the only tests they have done is take my blood pressure! No matter what I'm doing or how relaxed I feel, I still feel like I can't breathe properly! I need to know that it's not something serious, its ruining my life! If it's anxiety I need to know how to make it go away!

What tests can/should I request to be done?

Also I've been feeling really hot lately like my head is burning up and I've been tired a lot. Also having trouble eating and drinking and have had chest pains.

Can anyone help me please???!
