I’m so pleased that your mood has lifted :)
You keep talking to your friend because when feeling like that it really helps to have another person there to help make sense of things.

My friend would always tell a person that when the mind is overwhelmed by despair, it’s impossible for it to think clearly. So with that in mind, is it really such a good idea to trust with something as important as a life or death decision when it’s feeling like that?

That’s why it’s good to have somebody else to talk to at those times, even if it’s just picking up the phone and calling The Samaritans (http://www.samaritans.org/) – 08457 90 90 90.
