I just wanted to say hello :)

My name is Meli, I'm 28 and I live in the West Midlands.

I have been having panic and anxiety slowly building up for the best part of 14 years now. Things have gotten so bad in the last 2 years that I am now virtually house bound with Agoraphobia.

My friend pointed me at this board months ago and i'm a big reader of the threads and I figured it is about time that I actually registered.
