Numbness

Can anyone else identify with numb arms and legs, and does anyone know how to overcome it? It freaks me out, and today one arms feels like its bruised, although there isnt a bruise on it

Awful isnt it? I get it all the time and its a horrible feeing but it due to anxiety

I find a bath with lavender oil relaxes the muscles or a walk out

It's caused by a change in acidity in the blood which is caused by over-breathing. The only 'cure' is to relax your breathing.
