(It's soo conforting to listen to other people's experiences on anxiety :blush:) Have you ever felt this abnormal field of energy surging through your entire body ? Makes you go mad, it's accompanied with the fear that you will collapse at any given moment.

I often experience electric shock like sensations of fear which rush through me suddenly, even when i'm not anxious. i then become lightheaded and breathless and feel as if i'm about to collapse, faint or even die. it's terrifying and my heart also seems to skip beats, which is making me feel increasingly worse by the day :( Am going to my GP on Tuesday to try and sort this out.
