Di will kill me for posting this but here goes :D

Di is doing a CBT recovery programme that was advertised on here and has achieved so much these last two days that I am going to post for her.

Yesterday she went to the pub all on her own to meet a friend and despite panicking she got there, she stayed and she controlled the panic. She got some strange looks in the pub as she was shaking so much and had to hold her drink with both hands but who cares - she did it!

Today she has been to Chester town centre Xmas shopping and has really extended the boundaries of her safety net and she has done so fantastic and we are all very proud of her.

She didn't want to post on here but I am doing it for her cos she deserves recognition for what she has achieved recently.

wow I am doing the CBT too, But I haven't been putting in 100% effort in to it :blush:

The words of encouragement mean so much so thank you.

I did phone lisa to tell her i got to the pub and i did need words of encouragement from nic yesterday so a huge thanks for that :hugs:
