ive had brain fog on and off for about 8 months now started just after i went to the doctors because my sinus were blocked along with my ears que a panic attack because everything seemed unreal! i actually thought i was going mad because ive never experianced anything of the sort! :shades: so now 8 months later ive got whats called glue ear so im wondering is the glue ear to blame for my brain fog or is it anxiety i feel wooly headed alot of the time unreal etc i dont have panic attacks anymore, i do have a lot of stress but feel i cope really well, ive got a ENT appointment on thurs after waiting this long! any ideas guys n gals??
