hi,
i suffer with social anxiety-and it effects me in all sorts of ways-my current one is if im watching tv with someone i tend to hold my breath,as trying to do normal breathing brings on shakes inside,head tremor and the like. obviously i must be breathing because i would pass out but i am so aware of this holding back on breathing normal it occupys way to much of my thoughts. i tend to rest my hand on the sofa arm and hold my chin so i dont shake as much.

im aware its only my breathing that needs working on -any tips on how you conquered this if you can relate.
