Leg pains!

Hi all,

I have been having aches in my legs and ankles over the last few days. The ache never goes although it sometimes eases slightly. When I cough it hurts in my ankles (that sounds pathetic but it is true).
I am terrified of going to the Drs and I am convinced it's a tumor or blood clot.
I have looked at diagnosis pages online and it's scared me more.

I can't say why your ankle hurts when you cough.. but I do know all about leg pains.. and I know that for me... my muscles are always clenched.... maybe you're standing in a very tense way and don't even know it. As for the cough... are you purposefully coughing and thinking about your ankle? The mind is very powerful that way...

Legs and knees are aching away today too - this happens if I sit too long at the computer.

I also got this once when I was anaemic and sometimes with a virus!

Claire it could be a million innocent reasons why this is happening hun so don't fret. If it keeps bothering you then pop down to the doctors for some reassurance. :D
