back again

Hi All.............

for the past 2 weeks my panic has shown its face again quite abit. :weep:

This got worse since coming off my meds, I am due to see the doc this week but I just worry about going. :(

My support worker was helping me but I'm waiting to hear from her if I will still have her or a new one. I dread that loads. for the past 2 years...... Ive gone from person to person in this, I start to trust then it hits me. :lac: I wont know till Jan at the earliest. I dont know why I have to go from person to person.......................................... :shrug:

So basically, Im asking for a kick up the bum please.

Hi Nikk, that's awful, as it takes a while to gain trust in people. Sometimes support workers for whatever reason have to move on to something else and it has nothing to do with yourself, and I'm sure they'll be feeling rubbish in having to leave you aswell.
