So, two weeks into medication after a huge melt down, the worst I've ever had.
Today, went to London, had a work based meeting, met up with a friend who's having a bad time himself and back on the train. I could not have envisaged that this was possible even 10 days ago.
I'm not bragging so please take as intended - things change, and can even change for the better despite how we feel in the moment.
By no means out of the woods and not expecting every day to be like this but such a boost to feel 'normal' for a bit.
