Hi, I'm new

I have looked at sites like this for a while without actually participating myself. I'm 26 and my father passed away a month ago suddenly. I have a lot of guilt about it. I suffered from anxiety before, but it has gotten so much worse. I figured I should find some people to talk to who would be open minded and know where I'm coming from. So, that's why I'm here.
