Couldnt take it today

does anyone find working in the heat unbearable since becoming an anxiety sufferer, i was working in the bar i normally do today and the heating was on full blast and found myself feeling more faint then usual sweating and heart pumping is that just me or does anyone else find this? Also does anyone find they get a pain in there back after uve eaten like a digestive problem. im gonna try describe the feeling.......Imagine uve eaten something really hot and u know that sensation that runs down your back of heat but pain? im useless at describing but then again isnt everyone when it comes to describing anxiety symptoms
