Hi, I don't think you should worry. Unless it was a really big blow to the head you are likely to be ok, just as long as you have not got other symptoms like pain in eyes or blurring of your vision or dizziness you should be fine.

anything i should look out for with this knock to the head, its some what achey but not painful. i tend to have heavy head feeling and drowsyness anyway due to anxiety daily so not sure what to look out for with this injury

Hi, Just keep an eye on it for about 48 hours and if nothing else develops the sore head will disappear in a few days completely. A couple of years ago I gave the top of my head a really hard knock when I did not realise a door was very low, it was a tourist attraction which I was visiting and I really banged my head there, felt it vibrating, but I was ok without medical help. You should be too.

Hi, I understand just how you feel as anxiety makes us feel like going to doctors but I am sure you will be just fine.

Hi, I have had similar symptoms this week. I think it is the weather and colds on the go.

ive heard from people that head injury can casue flu symptoms indicating fatal compliczations, is this true?

Hi, No, I do not think this is true. It is most likely to be due to the cold weather and various viruses on the go at the moment. Please do not get over wrought about this as you would know by now if it was going to have any lasting consequences. I know it is very easy to think the worst but I am sure if you try to take your mind off it a bit it will soon be forgotten.
