Feel so down

I'm so fed up of this feeling of pressure in my face and feeling dizzy and stuff.

I also feel very down and I even feel a bit tearful for some reason, I missed a dose of Cipralex last night I nabe missed about 5 doses in the past 2 weeks, how would this affect me?

I feel like I can't breathe although people say I am breathing fine.

My face feels stiff and weak, I feel tired all the time as well even a few hours after getting up.

I'm fed up with feeling I'll and feeling like a zombie, I feel like something serious is wrong with me like a fatal neurological condition or a tumour in my head or face or something.

My shoulders and neck hurt a lot as well.

it all sounds like tension from anxiety to me. i've been the same way myself. Its like everthing goes tense and rigid and neck and shoulder tension will definately make you feel dizzy.
Just try to relax, easier said than done i know.

Thanks, What about the pressure in my nose and in my cheekbones? It feels like my face is tight or stiff and my face feels fat.

Could be tension in your facial muscles, or maybe your nose is blocked due to the bad weather?

I feel like I'm clamping my jaw a lot on Cit, it may be that you're doing the same and your facial muscles are tired?

It is also a side effect of SSRIs, like Cipralex.

Thanks Dahlia, My face feels hot like it's burning as well especially the left side and it feels numb although i can feel my hand on the left side of my face so that means it isn't numb doesn't it?

But my face feels fat, I have had problems on both sides of my face but today it seems mainly left sided.

I have tried things like Sudafed but with no effect, I went to the dentist a few months ago complaining of a dull ache in my face and they did a mouth x-ray and also said my sinuses were clear? I have had this problem for a couple of months although it seems to be getting worse.

My face kind of feels weak, it feels fat, it hurts a lot sometimes and feels achy, it seems to spread around between both sides as well, And i get tingling in the face, It's driving me mad.

Sudafed and things are no good for you. try steam inhalations, and sinus rinsing.

i have bad sinus problems and it can feel as though my face is going to explode, like i need to push into it, like my face is swelling, it also get tingling, i have it now, how does it feel if you tip your head? for me it is on both sides too.

You even said yourself this week that you thought it could be related to sinuses.

Could i have a sinus problem? I have very bad head pain, pain in the face and cheekbones and ears too, even the left side of my nose hurts when I touch it.

My face on the left side feels really hot like it's burning and it feels numb, Also i keep getting headaches in the front and back of the head as well as dizziness.

You have mucked about with your Cipralex and missed several doses lately .This will give you headaches dizzyness and other symptoms .It will take a while like I said last time for it to get settled .Nothing you can do except take some painkillers and remember not to miss your doses in the future .You are going through a withdrawal effect Eggy ..:lac:

Thanks Sue but whatever this is it's not related to me missing doses, I have had this since September but it's got a lot worse.

I feel like i have a lot of pressure in my head, cheekbones, cheeks and my face feels very hot, Just hope it's nothing serious and not something like a brain tumour or a tumour in the face or something.
