hello i was wondering if someone could help me..last november, so months ago, i was sitting at my buddys house, and al of a sudden i felt really lightheaded, and started panicing...i went home and took a nap and woke up feeling alil better..the next day i woke up and felt horribly lightheaded, and sorta confused..i missed alot of school and failed 2 of the 4 courses i was taking because of this....so it went on for about 2 weeks , and then would stop for maybe 2 days and then start up again:S...it then went on all the way up to the christmas break..im not sure if its anxiety or anything but it seems whenever im doing something to keep my mind of it i feel better....when i was working 2 weeks ago i felt completely normal, felt really good, but whenever i quit my job i began feeling lightheaded, so bad that i couldnt even stand up...and im always feeling like somethings wrong or something bad is gunna happen to me..i feel confused and forgetfull and i duno , if someone has any idea what it could be or if its anxiety ..please help me, i went to the doctors but they cant find out what it is, ive had atleast 10 blood tests in the last 3 months. they cant find anything, please help!

babe reading ur post seemed as if id wrote it believe me ur not alone thats the truth, i get just like u and it all started for me one day when i was in work and i felt lightheaded anbd shaky and hoit sweats and my doc whos amazing told me its stress and i had a panic attack which has now led to me having general anxiety disorder. how do u feel now? how do u feel in the mornings? x
