:weep: oh my goodness i really wanna scream and cry, it seems lately im finding it hard to fall asleep without my heart racing,chest pains,lips and tongue twitching and seems like my eyes are just gunna loose control and roll back into my head and i notice i clench my teeth alot when goin tru this :weep: i wasnt this bad for a while.... i really am feeling terrible like its my last nite or something... i dont know if i shud take a xanax or not... cud really do with falling asleep peacefully but really cant and this happens right before bed:weep::weep:

I think all my symptoms all come calling right before bed too..Isn't it a pain? Hope you feel better soon..Take the med and get a good nights sleep. Take care. Michael
