I have been diagnosed with Swine Flu today. I have started itching all dowm my arms and back - does anyone know if it is connected to Swine Flu? I have been taking Tramador (sp) painkillers and wondering if they are casuing the itching.
Thank you
Poor you. Could be the temperature you get with flu making you itch. Wishing you a speedy recovery

Sending you big hugs for a speedy recovery, rest up. Itching is a side effect of meds, you may be having a reaction to the tramadol. Phone NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 and they will give you the advice you need x
yup you can get a rash with the swine flu,,i had it on my chest and arms e45 helped ,,,get well soon,,plenty of fluids,,and rest loads ,,dont try and work through it,,like i did because it took months to get over tiredness ,,look after yourself
Tramadol is mainly for pain. It has side effects:rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue
Plus more regular ones. Ibuprofen may be safer for pain.
